Booking considerations

First impressions

Think about what are the first impressions you would like you audiences to get and that should help you decide what theme or costumes may suit you best.

Height considerations

Stilt walker s can vary in height from about eight to nine foot, so ensure the area you want them to perform in can facilitate their height. Some stilt walkers can lower their stilts to accommodate lower ceilings.

Call times

We normally reach the venue one hour prior to performance start time, in order to offer client reassurance that we are there, and along performers enough time to get ready as well as familiarise themselves with the venue, as well as any particular requirements you may have,

Performance duration

We will work to suit the times of your event, but keep in mind that stilt walkers have a limit of how long they can walk about without rest to keep the safe. We recommend that we can do either three forty-five minute sets, or a two hour set. So we suggest you programme carefully to get the best form our performers.

Dressing room/changing area

Stilt walkers, like other performers will need a changing area away from the general public to get ready, as well as leave their personal belongings while they are performing. Keeping in mind they also need to put on stilts, so somewhere up stairs may not be suitable.

Copyright

Although performers are very happy for photographs to be take, but if you intend to use them for promotional purposes, please check with the individual performers first. This would include pictures form this website too.
